As I’m learning more about the potential uses of blockchain technology and real estate, I see people often talking about how the transactions could be made more secure by making them smart contracts. But, I feel like the immutability feature of smart contracts is actually a significant problem in terms of us using them. I explain a bit here. Educate me! 🙂
