UDC STAGE : Finance I Mobilising Blockchain and Crypto Assets for Social Impact
유엔은 세계 식량 계획을 통해 투명한 기부 문화를 구축할 수 있는 빌딩 블록스(Building Blocks) 프로젝트를 진행하였습니다. 이 프로젝트는 세계 난민에게 식량과 자원을 배분하는데 있어 블록체인 기술을 사용하여 효율을 극대화하고 기부의 새로운 패러다임을 보여주었습니다. UDC 2022에서 세계 식량 계획은 왜 난민촌에 블록체인을 도입하였고, 이 기술이 난민들의 생활을 어떻게 변화시켰는지 그 과정을 들어보는 시간을 마련했습니다.

UDC STAGE : Finance I Mobilising Blockchain and Crypto Assets for Social Impact
The UN conducted the Building Blocks project for establishing a transparent donation culture through the World Food Programme. Building Blocks maximized efficiency in distributing food and resources to refugees worldwide by utilizing blockchain technology and showed a new paradigm of donation. At the UDC 2022, we will listen to why the World Food Program adopted blockchain in refugee camps and how this technology has changed the lives of refugees.
