🏫 Penn Blockchain is a student-led initiative at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, focused on leading blockchain innovation through education, research, and investment. Since 2017 the organisation has annually hosted the Penn Blockchain Conference – the leading collegiate conference – seeking to bridge the gap between academia and industry. In 2023 they hosted a 4 day hackathon alongside the conference, bringing together over 100 speakers and flying in 120 young talents from around the world.

👨‍💻 Richard Ou is a Master’s student at the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering (Class of ’23). His ability to drive impact has led to successes across various industries, including: investment banking, venture capital, entertainment, and construction. He majored in Physics at King’s College London, where he completed his thesis on the Applications of Machine Learning in Quantum Physics.
