Cryptocurrency and blockchain is evidently a male dominated space, as a woman, and a younger woman, how has navigation been personally for you specifically when you first entered blockchain? What are some tips and tools to utilize to bring new women into the blockchain industry that you utilize personally?
It is evident that over the latter half of 2022, CeFi protocols such as Blockfi, Voyager, Genesis Lending, Celsius and most recently, FTX have collapsed. Why do you think this happened, and how can we prevent it moving forward?
During 2022, unfortunately, DeFi lost its way as more of a buzzword to include CeFi than an actual narrative of the first principles of cryptocurrency such as decentralization, self sovereignty and owning your own keys. How did this happen and how do we revert back to the true nature of DeFi in the future?
Cryptocurrency is more than likely entering a compliancy era moving into 2023. How do you think this will affect blockchain and cryptocurrency in the future; do you believe the compliance structures will be draconian or fair?
