A man accidentally threw out his hard drive in 2013 with 7,500 bitcoins on it. He is attempting to get permission to excavate the landfill to find the drive. Seems too lowbrow? So, what’s the craze all about? If you don’t know, you should and if you do, chances are you still need some clarification on how it actually works.
Mr. Kamlesh Nagware is a CTO at Snapper Future Tech, a Hyperledger TSC member, co-lead at Hyperledger India and co-chair at IEEE Blockchain. With the talk titled, ‘Cutting through the noise around Blockchain’, Mr. Kamlesh demystified the roaring technologies including Blockchain, NFTs, Metaverse and briefly ran-through ‘the famous three’ versions of WEB. The way, entire world is accepting the innovations coming along with this emerging tech jargon is being commended and criticised, both at the same time. India’s actions and reactions were uprightly analysed with a fruitful talk circling around the world’s view-point. It concludes with a pondering session on pain points such as dealing with risky investments and cryptography in current times. Advocating those who believe in bitcoin also believe in cleverness, the speaker didn’t eschew from appreciating Government’s endowments and the resultant international development.
Kamlesh has 12+ years of experience in Software Development & IT Consulting in Supply Chain Management, Trade Finance, Commercial Banking, FinTech, and 5+ years of experience in Blockchain & Hyperledger technologies. He actively contributes to blockchain community development by being part of several Hyperledger Working Groups and speaks in different conferences/forums.
