In 2024, crypto-related PACs spent approx $290M on the election, which accounted for nearly half of all corporate money in that election.
I strongly disagree with my opponent Brad Sherman on his foreign policy, but we agree on many domestic policies like labor and regulating crypto. In fact, he and Elizabeth Warren have targets on their backs from the crypto industry for their focus on consumer protection against crypto.
If elected, I will lead the fight to continue this work to regulate crypto. It has an abysmal impact on the environment, in addition to the way it facilitates fraud.
