Today I am going to talk about bitcoin and blockchain and there impact on the property market.
I am no expert in blockchain or bitcoin. But it is worth discussing on a few levels and how they might impact the property market in the future.
First things first bitcoin, when I thought about making this video a few days ago bitcoin was trading at 41k US dollars. In the space of a few days values fell to 31k and now it is trading around 37k. So clearly it is very volatile.
