Trump International Hotels and RealT revealed Trump Tokenized Towers Maldives, a tokenized luxury resort where investors can buy on-chain shares of villas and overwater suites. The project will include 125 villas, yacht charters, a large spa center and premium services. RealT’s platform mints property tokens on Ethereum that represent economic rights in the project. Token holders may receive quarterly income from hotel operations, vote on upgrades, and access VIP perks.
This model is fully KYC compliant and integrates services from ConsenSys and Chainlink for on-chain verification and oracle feeds. Construction begins early next year with first guests expected in 2027. Analysts see this as part of a larger wave of real world asset tokenization that could expand fractional ownership into luxury hospitality markets worldwide.
