Here’s the interesting part: every 3 and 18 hours, you receive a random banana that you can sell on the Steam Market.
While pretty much all bananas are being sold for 5 cents, there are some “rare bananas” that are sold for thousands of dollars.
The reason people are buying them is the same reason why people buy NFTs.
